Monday, April 4, 2011 - Fresh grass, green bell pepper and lilacs on the nose. Also maybe some spiced baked plum. Full robust smokey flavor. Nice acidity. Great hearty food wine. A good amount of peppery heat. A touch of bitter on the finish but not enough to call a flaw.
