Tuesday, July 2, 2019 - Some burgundy aromas in the nose. Turning to straw yellow in 10 years of age.Very mineral, savoury and acidic mouth feel that will make mouth water. Very peculiar wine in general, as I have not drank so many cru chablis before. One Ravenau was my earlier reference and this could not get to that level.
