Friday, November 7, 2014 - Very focused, bright acidity, tensile. A good showing, and good QPR. Have enjoyed this producer's basic Chablis, but this was a nice step up. A bit of air in the glass helped, was expecting this to be a bit more mature so a pleasant surprise how young it drank. A food wine. Had a touch of lemon and quite dry. Good minerality as it opened up.
