Friday, March 30, 2007 - Decanted 1.5 hours and then had with dinner of Wagyu steak. Pretty wonderful stuff. Not to much going on on the nose--faint eucalyptus-- but wonderful dark fruit and chocolate on the palate. Alcohol was noticeable, but did not detract very much from the overall balance. Sorry I had only one bottle.
