Tuesday, June 12, 2012 - Farewell to a Great Restaurant (Charlie Trotter's - Chicago IL): Shockingly fresh aromas of lemon, apple and spice. Palate is somewhat more advanced with rich, sweet, mature apple flavors. If served blind, I would have thought this at least 20 years younger than its actual age.
