Saturday, June 13, 2015 - Time to Taste 2000 Bordeaux (R&D's): From 375ml, courtesy of Peter. Aromas of honeyed pineapple, violets and tropical fruit. Rich and viscous with flavors of peach, pineapple and ripe stone fruit. Lengthy finish. Develops aromas of pear and lavender honey and the acidity comes up a bit. Excellent.
