Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - Truly one of the best Cabernet Francs I've ever had. Clean red and black fruit with great minerality, sophisticated tannins, and an expansive finish. Old world elegance with new world focus. This truly is a Niagara cabernet franc, showing amazing balance and harmony. I'd pay $40 for this any day.
