Friday, March 10, 2023 - dominus simply delivers everytime at almost every vintage.
on the nose it reminded me a lot of bordeaux, just a touch more light and fresh. elegant and full of pleasure and high drink flow.
characteristicly this had a touch of vegetable aromas followed by some pepper and paprika.
would profit from decant.
my style, id almost say that i lile this even more than a ripe bordeaux. the freeshness is unmathed.
