Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - Still excellent. Enjoyed on the beach in Mexico with some good steak.

A couple of years in, this is showing a more savory character, with more floral and vegetable flavors than fruits with noticeable eucalyptus and menthol. It’s actually more savory than I would prefer but an excellent wine nonetheless. Very very long finish.
