Thursday, May 18, 2006 - Winestreet Tastes Spain and California: Dark red color. The nose is subdued, showing some dark fruit and earthy elements. In the mouth this is full bodied with dark fruit and smokey elements. The fruit is very concentrated and mouth coating. The finish is tannic and of good length. This is a quality wine that is currently a little tight. I would expect it to develop nicely with additional time in the bottle.
