Friday, January 28, 2011 - I love sipping this wine along with some mild colby cheese. What a great match. It has superb fruit flavors, extremely round, nothing out of shape. Soft tannins, mild oak spices .. what comes to mind is simple serenity. VERY Bordeaux-ish. So sorry that was my last bottle of the '02 but glad to have several more of several other vintages just waiting to be old enough to enjoy.
