Wednesday, November 20, 2019 - Double decanted for 2 hrs, deep ruby, lovely black cherry with a touch of vanilla on the nose although the palate was a little restrained, med. tannins, long finish; outstanding, drink or hold (I suspect that a little more time will get the palate to fully open up). Went beautifully with prime rib & very slightly edged out the 00 Lynch Bages.
