Tuesday, January 5, 2021 - Extraordinary. Drank with friends after a splash pour+ 10 minutes.
Dark ruby with no sediment, this wine is in a fully mature sweet spot.
Relentlessly assertive nose of black cherry, raspberry and dark chocolate, this drew gasps from the table upon pouring.
If not 100 points, it was very close.
If you have any of these babies cherish for very special friends.
5-10 years of exceptional drinking ahead.
