Saturday, October 19, 2013 - Mahogany color. High viscosity. Intense aroma strangely similar to coke: caramel, vanilla, brown sugar. Fairly sweet, with a some balancing twiggy bitterness. Pleasant to sip on, especially so in cold winter months in a comfortable chair in front of a fire.
