Sunday, November 20, 2011 - Rack of lamb on a bed of spinach and potatoes
Double decanted for 2 hours
Colour:medium dark ruby red. Clear, very little sediment in bottle. Homogeneous
Nose:Sweet fruit first hits the nose, then some pine needles, finished with some mustiness
Taste:Verys sliky tannins. Nice level of fruit coming through the palate with a med finish. Would have wanted a bit longer finish. Finesse. Fresh wine full of life. I like it
