Friday, February 5, 2016 - Quite aromatic on the nose with fresh cherry, blueberry, some strawberry souffle, mixed spices and coconut covered strawberry christmas lollies (you know the ones!!). The palate continues with the spices plus strawberry, lashes of plums and some sour cherry notes on the finish. Well structured and with a nice bit of acid on the finish. Softened lovingly as it went on. Probably at its peak.
