Saturday, March 15, 2014 - This comes across rather closed and tightly closed at first, but after being open for over a day it starts to show a lot more with a core of ripe citrus and pear fruit, lemon cream, gentle vanilla butter accents and a chalky mineral undercurrent. There's great freshness to the fruit flavours with bright acids beneath, and a very polished, slightly creamy texture.
