Friday, March 27, 2020 - Unlike any of the beauforts that've had in recent memory. This one was more linear & sharp. Not in a bad way. Just a different style. Full on citrus. Less mousse also. With air, more vinosity. Wish I had some liver mousse for this wine. Oh well, next time. From a 375ml.
