Sunday, December 18, 2022 - The one with Big Reds #3 (The Sail): My favourite nose for the evening. Lovely florals on the bouquet with roses, tar and prunes shining through and dominating the palate. Tannins starting to integrate well and good acidity but this did not quite last the night - perhaps the mistake was decanting this.
