That said, incredibly funky nose that didn't blow off over a couple hours. Nice darker red and black fruits, very rich for the vintage, that helped offset the funk. Still not my preferred style at the moment. Seemed more reductive than brett, but somewhat hard for me to pin down on this one. I'm tempted to try another bottle very soon with a long decant, or in a situation to watch over many many hours. Right now don't pop and pour this one!
