Lemon and mineral water and yes, a little oak which helps flesh out a bit of cream, but in the most delicately supporting sense, never overbearing. I drink this wine and I think how happy I am with this level of white burg at this price rather than playing roulette with aging the expensive wines. This delivers so much for such a reasonable price. I will probably re-up with the 2008, being skeptical of 2009 with its warm year reputation.
