Wednesday, January 19, 2011 - Roland/Louisa dinner with Ernie/Yvonne, Billy/Monica (Amuse Bouche): Exotic nose of chinese tea leaves, sweet cherries and smoked herbs. Very fresh for its age. Lovely.
