Monday, August 2, 2021 - Normally I do not drink on Monday's but last night was a beautiful night in NJ and I was putting a big porterhouse on the grill so I had to open a cabernet. I opened and slow ox'd for two hours. Dark fruit and mocha on the nose. The palate was dark berries, plums, tree bark and mocha. The finish was moderate to long. Went really good with the steak and grilled peaches that followed.
