Saturday, February 13, 2010 - Nose: very fruity with pear, peaches, green apple and sweet honeysuckle and just honey too. Taste: very full silky rich mouthfeel, (3) on sweetness. Slight fizz on the tongue with nice acidity. Pink grapefruit, canned peaches, lychee, clover nectar. Fresh and fruity, smooth honey in the finish but not heavy.
