Saturday, December 31, 2011 - Definitely a wine to enjoy with a main course and to let breathe a little while. We started drinking it with nuts and cocktail snacks and the wine seemed acidic and thin. With a pork roast and dried fruit, it was a nice complement to the meal with the fruit flavors of the wine coming through.
