Sunday, October 17, 2010 - Cork showed very little sign of age. Dark, almost black centre in the glass. Long tears on the glass. Edge showing ruby red, but still a hint of purple. Lovely, fruity nose. Blackberry dominates, but still very tannic. Dries the mouth on the finish. Lovely lingering fruit. Powerful, but not yet balanced. Needs more time. Next in 2013.
