Saturday, September 22, 2018 - Medium red-garnet color. Aroma immediate and on the meaty and smoky side,. Balanced mouthfeel. Rich, long finish. Consumed over five evenings, improved each day. Recorked and kept cold each day. Bottle #10 of twelve.
