I decided to give the wine a double decant, for one hour, but I should have given the wine more time, as the nose kept developing beautiful grenache and provencal herbs while in our glasses; lots of pepper and spices:on the palate the wine has gained more body (compared to our previous bottle 11 months earlier); no hard edges, smooth and very pleasurable. long finish. I didn´t notice much of a burgundy-style C9dP (often attributed to Charvin's wines), but more of a classic grenache; just delicious and a good match with the "coq au vin".
seems ready for drinking but after opening needs some time in the decanter, so there is no need to hurry.
