Thursday, March 10, 2011 - Last bottle of this and a fantastic one at that. Light yellow. Ripe stone fruit, lemon cream, fresh cut flowers and some sea shell. Magnificent weight and texture with strong lemony acidity rushing in at the end to bring it all to a stunning finale. Rich enough to make one think of Cote de Beaune, but at the same time, unmistakably Chablis. After so many disappointments from Fevre, this bottle delivered all of the promise that the 2000 Grand Crus showed in early tastings.
