Saturday, October 23, 2010 - Popped and poured, consumed over 3 hours. Nose shows some nice herbal and graphite components. Taste is dark red fruits that are nicely restrained and some herbalness. Really nice balance between the restrained fruit and the acids. There are some sneaky firm tannins that carry from mid to a long finish that are more noticeable at hour three than at the beginning of the bottle being opened. Excellent.
