Saturday, April 24, 2010 - Wines of France Tasting (Binny's, St. Charles): Inky purple/garnet color, opaque almost to the edge. Closed for business. Some subtle dark fruit and garrigue notes discernable, along with dark fruit and licorice tones on the palate. Firm, searing tannins.
