Saturday, April 22, 2023 - Cellared for 2 years, which has clearly benefited this bottle. The complexity has deepened, the acidity is even more integrated and beneath the apples and citrus a sweetness of brioche and biscoff emerges. This is a wonderful wine and very affordable.
