Thursday, October 23, 1997 - !997 Birthday Dinner (Walnut Creek, Ca.): Light pale color, average amount of fine bubbles form a mousse, very rich fruit, woody nose, very rich taste, slightly creamy taste, nice honey finish with hints of ash. My #1 of 7.
