Thursday, February 28, 2019 - Light straw color with a fine, light mousse. Standard bouquet of citrus and a little yeasty autolysis. Though it is not especially deep nor complex, and it is just a touch sweet, I can’t help but enjoy the overall balance and crowd-pleasing gulpability this presents. Even a nice long finish. 4+10+17+8= 89
