Sunday, May 31, 2020 - Beautiful pale golden yellow color. Smells delicate and nutty with hints of fresh honey and brioche. Strong flavors of pear and honeydew hit the palette, then finish with some tropical lychee fruit and lime citrus. Off-dry, with a slight sweetness that lingers in the mouth.

We didn't rate it higher because the bubbles are quite aggressive upon first sip, and dissipated quickly. Not quite the journey you expect with higher-end champagnes.
