Saturday, January 15, 2011 - P&P. Color not noted. Bouquet of dark plum, animal notes, herbs, and charcoal. On the palate, roasted plum, blackberries, meaty notes, herbs, and charcoal ending with hints of licorice snap. Low acid, medium tannins lending significant structure, moderate finish. Overall fairly big (for a CdR), tending toward overripe. OK value if 10-12.
