Tuesday, July 12, 2011 - Drank over two nights. The first night revealed strong elements of crushed berries, with a bit of pepper on the end. By the second night the fruit profile had died down to reveal stronger elements of roast meat and garrigue. Well-structured enough to last a few more years. Of the 07 CdRs I've enjoyed, this one has the best QPR.
