Tuesday, November 16, 2021 - Color is golden yellow. On the nose: Lemon citrus and orange zest, white flowers, paraffin. On the palate:Apricot, melon, beeswax, honey, petrol, lots of salinity on the finish. Excellent mouthfeel. This is fabulous. I have a case that I have been saving and letting age along with a case of JL Chave Hermitage Blanc. I am going to compare over the next 10 years. There is a lot of life in this.
