Saturday, November 26, 2011 - From 750ml. Cloudy, dark copper in color. Strong spice notes and caramel show on the nose. In the mouth, sweet, dark malts and moderate hops frame the cinnamon, coriander, ginger, and hints of woodsy, dried cherries. The spice attack subsides, leaving caramel and gingerbread flavors on the close. This is a giant beer. At 10% ABV, one goes a long way.
