Sunday, February 5, 2012 - Opened an hour before dinner of salmon and cous cous, bountiful aroma of fresh strawberries and raspberry, with an oaken bucket component. Light bodied, light ruby in the glass, offering a foxy mouth of menthol, sour cherry, oak and cranberry. Day two under vac-u-vin fleshed out a bit more, heavier fruit though somewhat neutralized.
