Sunday, October 5, 2014 - I purchased a couple of bottles of this in 2010 and drank the first in 2012. We shared the last bottle with Lasagna yesterday and it was a big hit. I let it sit open in the bottle for several hours. Even with that it needed time after I poured it. Fortunately, that was almost an hour before we ate. I can't say that was completely enough but it was delicious. I am still struck with the tannin level in this. Distinctive dark fruits were pronounced. I wish that I had more as it would be interesting to see how this develops.
