Sunday, August 22, 2010 - Probably should not have opened yet. Took a real long time to open up, and when it did, it couldn't shake a slight bitterness on the finish. Thankfully some fruit started to peak through about 3 hours in. Good acidity made this a nice wine to have with a meal.
