Friday, July 21, 2017 - Opened the bottle two hours before drinking. Drank over four hours to see if there was any evolution. Not much. Very enjoyable, fruity, medium-full bodied. Third of four bottles and while they have all been good, it's not going to improve from here. Drink up.
