Thursday, January 1, 2015 - Decanted and swirled an hour prior to dinner. Opened up slowly through dinner. Beautiful nose, tart cherries, herbs, mushrooms, earth, black plums, forest. Loved it with braised rabbit over creamy parmesan polenta. Really wish I found more, but they only had one bottle when I bought this at release.
