Friday, January 14, 2011 - I am really beginning to believe the hype on 07 Napa cabs. Popped and poured through Venturi. You get that big plum and blue fruit nose with just enough oak. BIG tannins on the palate with enough fruit to know it's a cali cab. Medium finish with maybe a little heat. I score this a 91 because it has almost the exact profile of the 07 Stag's Leap Artemis we drank over New Years for a quarter of the cost. Paid $17
