Monday, December 24, 2012 - Lush, dark fruited aromas of plum, vanilla, and warm baking spice. The palate isn't overtly candied, but is nevertheless ripe in style, with rich dark berries overlying vanilla bean and cedar. A bit of forest floor emerges on the finish. This is enjoyable with nice balance, if a bit standard. Should continue to improve with age. R&M 86
