Thursday, July 25, 2013 - Our last bottle, and getting better on Day two. Definitely rich, ripe, and filled with blackberry compote, bitter cocoa, and baking spice. A bit lethargic on day one, this gained significant energy with air overnight. Full bodied and textured, with finishing cedar, tobacco, dried sweet berries, and soft tannins. Enjoyable but unremarkable. Drink or Hold.
