Tuesday, February 17, 2015 - Rich red to the edge. Very young looking. Still shy after 2 hours in decanter. Open after 3. Black fruit, licorice, cassis and a hint of Rutherford fruit. Tastes of rich black fruit with good balance and a trace of tannin. Medium finish. Classic Napa bottle from Mondavi. This has life ahead, but should be allowed to open up in a decanter. Excellent QPR at $21.00.
