Saturday, June 25, 2011 - At the Grey Bear Summer BBQ we opened a magnum of Chateau Cantemerle, a bottle of Mondavi 07 Napa Cab and Stonestreet 1994 Cab. The French wine was drinking perfectly - soft, light fruit and mineral flavors. The Mondavi was more fruit forward and robust in flavors, the wine was less soft but very good. The Stonestreet had held up well, good color and weight, slight fruit flavors and aan easy finish - very enjoyable!
