Sunday, March 21, 2021 - Continues to maintain momentum. My final bottle that I feared might be coming to the end of its drinking window but how wrong I was!
On opening there was a corky/stalky note that I feared might be TCA. However, with a bit of time this faded and in day two was non existent.
Deep red fruit, smoked bacon notes, still plenty of depth. Sadly no more left for me but it’ll be good another 3-5yrs at least
